  Our office hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern time. Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please feel free to call and place your order or to ask any questions you may have.

Commercial Accounts

Existing or pre-approved commercial accounts can order by phone, fax or web. For web orders select either Credit Card or Purchase Order option fron the drop down menu.
 

Web Orders

To order an item from our web site, simply click on the add to cart button on each item listing. You can continue shopping and your selected items will appear in the right hand column while you continue to shop.

If you want to change the quantity, simply type in the desired quantity and click on "recalculate" button. To remove an item from your cart, change the quanty to 0, and click on recalculate.

 You can calculate the shipping costs at any time by entering your state, zip code, and whether your delivery address is residential or commercial.  If we are able to reduce your shipping charge, we will do so.

 Fed Ex Commerical service is ONLY for delivery to verified business addresses, otherwise select Fed Ex Home Delivery or the US Postal Service.. Residential address will be billed at the residential rate. 

When you are ready to checkout, simply click on check out.
 The secure payment screen will pop up. Fill in your billing information and hit continue to fill in your credit card information.

Order Confirmation

 You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order.

We now also offer Paypal Express.

In addition to all major credit cards, we are pleased to offer PayPal Express for your convenience.  Please include your phone number in the Ordering Instructions box as it is not part of the information PayPal provides. Your phone number is the supplied to the shipping company handling your order.

Our policy is that we do not charge your card or process your PayPal payments until you order is ready to ship.

We do our best to keep backorders at a minimum and will not charge for an item before it ships.

Shipping Notification

If you provide your email address, we will forward the tracking information either through Fed Ex or the USPS systems.
