How does the ADE 24 in-line system work?
The system comprises of a compact dosing pump which is connected to the water supply feeding the processor wash tanks and the processors water solenoid. As the solenoid opens to allow fresh water through into the tanks, Hydra Algae Free / AD is automatically injected into the water at the source. The treated water circulates throughout the tanks and pipe work.
The Hydra ADE24/TX system automatically adds a few drops
Algae Free/AD directly
into the water supply feeding the wash tank. As the system is only activated
during the
wash cycle and is on stand by when the processor is idle, between wash cycles
and when
the processor shuts down, Hydra’s system is not only efficient but
extremely cost effective.
The Hydra System, together with Algae Free/AD ensures that
the wash/rinse water, wash
rack, tank, overflows, pipe-work and drains are kept crystal clean and the
finished work is
free from marks and blemishes.
Note: If the processor drains down at night the ADE24/TX
system will automatically
re-dose the wash tank with fresh Algae Free/AD during the next morning fill.
