Fast Acting
Non-Fuming Hydra DSC-100 rapidly removes chemically
bonded silver from developer racks, rollers, tanks and pipe work in
one to two hours. However, for extreme situations Hydra DSC-100
can safely be left longer or overnight.
Powerful Fast Acting Cleaner
Hydra DSC-100 starts to work
on contact. Deep cleaning is fast and easy and if used with the developer
rack left in the tank greatly improves the working efficiency of your
processor by cleaning the developer tank pipe work and pumps. Using
Hydra DSC-100 stops fresh chemistry from being contaminated
by old chemical build-up on racks and tanks.
Simply mix together Part A and Part B to make
up a working solution as per the label. If cleaning the rack separately
from the processor, make up solution into bucket or suitable container
and follow label instructions. Rinse off with water.
If cleaning the entire developer tank with racks
in situ, make up working solution directly into developer tank and run
through developer system following instructions on labels and the Hydra
DSC-100 MSDS & Data Sheets.
Part C Neutralizer will remove any brown deposits if they are present
at the end of the cleaning cycle.
N.B. Hydra DSC-100 can also
be used to clean fix and stabilizer racks. However, as fix chemicals
can give off fumes; only use clean Hydra DSC-100 solution.
Ensure racks are thoroughly rinsed with water and that there is adequate
ventilation while using Hydra DSC-100 on fix racks.
Economical
The Hydra DSC-100 working solution of Part A
+ Part B can be stored for re-use for up to two weeks, so long as the
purple color of the solution remains (once this color has gone the solution
is exhausted).
Pack Size
Each six pack of Hydra DSC-100 cleaner contains
2 liters Part A, 2 liters Part B and 2 liters Part C Neutralizer. With
a dilution 1:10 each pack makes up to 40 liters of working solution. |
