Hostert Hot Seal Sleeving Foil

A special five-layer constructed sleeving material which has now been in constant use by a wide range of customers. They continue to enjoy fantastic, consistent clarity and gloss with only 1.3 haze factor. Climax also has lowered the required temperature to obtain an acceptable hot seal with a tremendous seal strength. Look at these specifications: 260 degrees Fahrenheit with a sealing range of + or - 30 degrees. Due to these lower temperatures, all users of this foil are no longer needing to constantly replace heater blocks, bearings, silicone sleeves, heaters, sealing rings, etc.
