Reflex Leader Card Splicing Tape
Reflex™ quality high temperature photo splicing tape for
the quality minded lab owner. Use for attaching customer's film to all types
of leader cards, used in modern automatic photo film developing machines.
Made in the U.S.A. using a proprietary blend of silicone adhesives for maximum
adhesion. Featuring non-bleeding adhesive system and easy removal from leader
cards.
DESCRIPTION: These high tack polyester tapes have controlled
crosslinking adhesion and good conformability. The controlled level of cross-linking
assures a proper balance of adhesion to substrates and chemical and temperature
resistance. These tapes are designed for applications where quick adhesion
is desired.
BONDING INFORMATION: For maximum adhesion, bonding surfaces
should be clean, dry and free from grease and oils. The firmer the application
pressure and the greater the contact area, the stronger the bond. Bond strengths
will increase as a function of time as the adhesive continues to wet out
the bonding surfaces. Ultimate adhesion can be obtained immediately by the
application of heat (200 degrees F. adhesive line = 93 degrees C.) and pressure.
Tape comes in 72 yard rolls.
